I bought Museum Patron, but it’s locked
Open Tiny Museum, tap the gear icon, then Restore purchase. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.
Can my partner use Patron too?
Yes. Museum Patron works with Family Sharing. If Purchase Sharing is on in your Family Sharing settings, everyone in the family group gets Patron on their own iPhone. Each phone keeps its own museum.
Is it a subscription?
No. Museum Patron is a single purchase. You pay once and it’s yours.
Where is my museum stored?
Only on your iPhone. Tiny Museum has no account and no servers, so we can’t see or recover your artwork. It’s included in your iCloud or computer backup if backups are on.
Moving to a new iPhone
Restore the new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup of the old one, or use Quick Start. Your museum comes along with the backup. Then tap Restore purchase if Patron doesn’t unlock on its own.
Recording doesn’t start
Tiny Museum needs microphone access to record an artist’s statement. Go to Settings → Tiny Museum and turn on Microphone.
The scan came out crooked
Lay the drawing flat on a darker surface in good light and scan again. When you pick a photo, you can turn Straighten paper off if the automatic crop cut into the artwork.
